Click Fill with Nibwrite on the page. It reads the form, asks the AI only about the fields it needs, and fills them while you watch.
Review and submit
Anything it can’t answer is highlighted for you. Fix what you like, then press Submit yourself. Nibwrite never does.

Built so you stay in control
A job application is personal. Here is exactly what we do and don’t do.
- It never submits. There is no code path that presses Submit. The last click is always yours.
- Only the fields on your page go to the AI, together with the profile built from your resume — nothing about the rest of your browsing.
- Your data is yours. Stored in your private account, never sold, never used for ads. Ask us and we’ll delete it.
- Narrow permissions. Nibwrite runs only on the career sites it supports, plus any page you ask it to fill.
Questions
Does it apply to jobs automatically?
No. Nibwrite fills the form and stops. You read it and press Submit. That’s deliberate — it keeps you accountable for what you send and avoids the mass-apply spam that recruiters ignore.
Which sites does it work on?
Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Oracle Recruiting, Keka, Eightfold, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters and many other company career pages, plus LinkedIn Easy Apply. On any other page you can start it from the extension’s icon. Layouts differ, so it won’t be perfect everywhere — tell us when it misses and we’ll fix it.
Is LinkedIn automation allowed?
LinkedIn’s terms discourage automation. Nibwrite’s Easy Apply helper acts only when you click Easy Apply and stops before Submit, but you use it at your own risk and can turn it off in the panel.
Which AI reads my resume?
Your resume profile and the form’s fields are processed by DeepSeek’s API to produce answers, through our server — the API key is never in your browser. The privacy policy explains this and your options.
What does it cost?
The beta is free with a monthly allowance of AI fills. We’ll announce simple pricing before the beta ends, and beta testers hear first.
How do I delete my data?
Email privacy@nibwrite.co.in from your account address and we’ll delete your account and everything in it within 30 days.
