Terms of use
By installing or using Nibwrite you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What Nibwrite does
Nibwrite helps you fill job application forms and write outreach messages using your resume and AI. It fills forms and stops. You review everything and you press Submit.
You are responsible for what you send
AI can make mistakes. Check every answer, attachment and message before you submit or send it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your applications and for following each employer’s and website’s rules.
Third-party sites
Nibwrite is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Google or any employer. Some websites, including LinkedIn, restrict automated tools in their terms. Nibwrite’s helpers act only when you click, but how you use them on someone else’s website is your choice and your risk. You can turn the LinkedIn helper off at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Nibwrite to submit false information, to spam employers, to break a website’s rules or the law, to attack our service, or to share your account. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
Beta service
Nibwrite is in beta. It is provided “as is”, may change or stop working, and may have monthly usage limits. We’ll try to give notice of significant changes, including pricing, before they apply to you.
Your data and content
Your resume and answers remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to run Nibwrite for you, as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost job opportunities, incorrect form entries, or indirect losses arising from using Nibwrite, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it (which is zero during the free beta). Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the extension and asking us to delete your account. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
